11 6. How We Collect Information 6.1 You may provide personal information to us either directly or indirectly (through a ZCC Church Branch Committee, fellow Church member, family member or someone else who represents you), by completing an application form for our benefits and services or asking for further information about our products in writing, through our website, over the telephone or any other way. 6.2 We may also collect your personal information from other people, such as credit bureaus, the police in your country, doctors, hospitals or any other person who we are allowed to ask for such information in terms of Applicable Laws of your country. 7. How We Use Your Information 7.1 We may use your personal information for the following reasons: 7.1.1 To give you benefits and services which you have asked for and to let you know about important changes to these benefits and services; 7.1.2 To manage our relationship with you and to do what you tell or ask us to do; 7.1.3 To pick up and prevent fraud and money laundering and/or in the interest of safety and crime prevention; 7.1.4 To deal with complaints and requests; 7.1.5 For operational, marketing, auditing, legal and record keeping requirements; 7.1.6 To check your identity; 7.1.7 To transfer your personal information outside of your country to countries that may not offer the same level of protection of personal information as your country, including for storage purposes and the use of our website; 7.1.8 To comply with Applicable Laws, including lawful requests for information received from law enforcement agencies in your country or foreign law enforcement agencies, government and tax collection agencies; 7.1.9 To record and/or monitor your telephone calls and electronic communications (such as email) to/with Kganya to correctly carry out your instructions and requests, to use as evidence and in the interests of crime prevention;
