14 10. Access to, Correction and Deletion of Your Personal Information 10.1 You may ask for details of personal information which we hold about a third party under the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (“ PAIA ”). You may ask us for free if we have any of your personal information, but you will have to pay for copies of such information as explained in PAIA. If you would like to obtain a copy of your personal information held by us, please see our PAIA Manual which can be found on our website at www.mykganya.co.za. 10.2 You may ask us to correct any personal information we hold about you. Please also ensure that the information we hold about you is complete, correct and up to date. If you fail to keep your information updated, or if your information is incorrect, we may be limited in offering benefits and services to you or choose not to deal with you. 10.3 You have a right in certain circumstances to ask us to delete, destroy or restrict (limit) the use of your personal information by contacting us at the above contact details. 10.4 You have a right to object on reasonable grounds to the use of your personal information where we use your information for our or your legitimate interests, unless Applicable Laws provide for such processing. 11.
