1 Kganya Botswana Ltd (KB) is an authorised financial services provider in terms of the NBFIRA and Insurance Industry Act, 2015. KB is committed to treating all its customers fairly. The Directors and Senior Management of KB are dedicated to ensuring that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are applied in all areas of our day-to-day business activities. By adhering to the principle of TCF, the aim is to constantly add value to the services rendered to Botswana ZCC members. TCF values, which are set and communicated by Senior Management, are supported, and adhered to by all employees. Kganya Botswana has adopted a Conflicts of Interest Management Policy and Related Party Transactions Policy, both of which are accessible form the Kganya website, www.mykganya.co.za. This Payment Book Annexure replaces all previous Annexures. In the event that any provision contained in this Annexure conflicts with any provision in the Payment Book, the provision contained in this Annexure shall prevail. Unless otherwise stated, all of the provisions contained in this Annexure are effective from 1 April 2024. PAYMENT BOOKS The following Premiums and Contributions, as amended by ZCC Botswana and BLIL from time to time, were payable monthly by a Policyholder in respect of the Policy on or after 1 April 2024: Payment Book P90.00 Continuation Payment Book P90.00 Replacement Payment Book P90.00 PREMIUMS AND CONTRIBUTIONS The following Premiums and Contributions, as amended by ZCC Botswana and BLIL from time to time, were payable monthly by a Policyholder in respect of the Policy on or after 1 April 2024: P55.00 P 5.50 P29.20 P29.30
