IVIASTEll POLICY COIIIDITIOl�S l.1 Introduction 1.2 It is recorded fm the purposes of elucidating the operative provisions of this Master Policy that it is being issued in the following circurnstances: 1.1.1 The ZCC !lots wishes to provide its members in Botswana with access to the Benefits on a cost-effective basis and accordingly wishes to enter into this Master Policy with BLIL. 1.1.2 The Master Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which BLIL will issue Policies to provide Benefits for each Policyholder for the benefit of such Policyholders or their nominated Beneficiaries as well as the Premium payable. 1.1.3 BLIL has appointed Kganya Botswana as an agent to provide the services set out in the Independent Agent's Agreement dated ,.. ,.... (copy attached hereto as Appendix A). 1.1.4 Several services in 1.1.3 are delegated by l<ganya Botswana to the Church committees in terms of a Mandate (copy attachedas Appendix B). Scope of Policy and Review This Master Policy records the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the provision of Benefits.
