Kganya Botswana Pukwana ya Kganya Burial and Personal Accident Master Policy

l.3 Duration This Master Policy comes into effect on the Effectfve Date and remains in effect until terminated by either Party In terrns of 1.7 below. 1J1 Alteration of Policy 1.4.l This Master Policy may be altered at any time by agreement between the Parties. 1.4.2 BLIL may alter this Master Policy by giving ZCC Bots at least three calendar months written notice. 1.5 Stamp Duty Any stamp duty payable under this Master Policy will be pard by 13LIL out of Premiums received, 1.6 Currency All payments by BLIL and Kganya Botswana tmder this Master Policy will be made in Pula. 1.7 Termination of Policy 1.7.1 Either Party may terminate this Master Policy by giving the other Party at least three Months written notice in advance of the next Termination Date. 1.7.2 In the event of termination, BLIL must discharge all liabilities in respect of Clalms arising on or before the Termination Date of this Master Policy even where the Claim is only advised to 13LIL after the Termination Date provided such Claim is advised to BLIL within ninety days of the Termination Date. 11
