l.7.3 BLIL must meet all liabillties arising under Paid-up Benefits regardless of the termination of this Master Policy. 1.8 !\Jon-waiver of rights 1.9 [jy granting extensions of deadlines or allowing non--compliance with any of the requirements of this Master Policy, BLIL wl!I not he deemed to have waived any of its rights under this Master Policy. Ne Profit Share It is agreed that there is no Profit Share payable by BLIL in respect of this Master Policy. 1.10 Amendments 1.10.1 Any amendments to this Master Policy will be effected by page substitution so as to ensure a continuous consolidation. 1.10.2 The substituted page must specify the date of change and the amended text will be marked with asterisks. 1.11 Legislative Limit 1.11.1 The structure and level of the Benefits are subject to the provisions of the Insurance Industry Act in Botswana, as amended. 1.11.2 BUL reserves the right to make any adjustments to Benefits which in the opinion of BLIL's actuary are required by any legislative requirements. 1.12 Written notice Where required in this Master Policy and unless otherwise stated, written notice is only effective from the first day of the Month following the date of issue of such written notice. 12
