2. INDIVIDUAL POLICY CONDITIONS 2.1 l'olicyholders 2.1,1 Subject to the other requirements contained herein, a Policyholder shall be a person who - (ll is a member of ZCC f3ots; • is 18 (eighteen) years or older; • has purchased a Premium Payment Book; • has paid an initial Premium and Contribution and shall continue to be a Policyholder for as long as such person remains a member of ZCC Bots. 2,1,2 A person who satisfies the requirements of paragraph 2,1.1, shall be a Policyholder from the later of - • the date of issue of the Premium Payment Book; or • the Date of Payment of an initial Premium and Contribution, 2.2 Determination of Premium and Contribution 2.2.1 ZCC Bots and BLIL shall determine the Premium payable from time to time in terms of the Master Policy and the Commencement Date thereof. 2.2,2 ZCC shall determine the Contribution and the Commencement Date thereof. 2.2.3 The Premium and Contribution as envisaged in 2.2.1 and 2.2.2, shall be set out in a revised Annexure.
