13otswana shall glve notice of each change to the Prernium and Contribution hy -- @ giving written notice via Pay r i oints of ;·111y changes and the Commencement Date; issuing Pay Points with Receipts shov,ing the total amount payable, which includes the new rJremium and Contribution, which Receipts will be sold by Pay Points from the Commencement Date; and G issuing replacement Annexures for distribution to Policyholders. 2,3 Payment of Premiums and Contributions 23.l After payment of the initial Premium and Contribution, a Policyholder shall thereafter pay a Premium and Contribution each ensuing Month which Premium and Contribution - • is due on the first day of each Month; • rnust be paid 011 or before the last day of such Month; • must be paid to a Pay Point; and � must be evidenced by a Receipt. 2.3.2 A Premium and Contribution shall only be considered paid for purposes of this Policy if - o the Premium and Contribution was paid to a Pay Point; and o is evidenced by a Receipt, provided always that the onus shall be on the Policyholder to ensure that a Receipt is obtained, 15
