ZCC Bots and BLIL shall determine the Personal Accident Benefit and Additional Personal Accident Benefit payable from time to time by specifying o the Permanent Disabilities; • the Base Amount for each Permanent Disability; and the Percentage of Base Amount, Minimum Amount Payable and Maximum Amount Payable. The amount of the 13eneflts as envisaged in paragraph 2.9.1 and 2.9.2 shall be set out in a revised Annexure and distributed by Kganya Botswana to Pay Points for onward distribution to Policyholders. 21
