2.10 Payment of Burial Benefits and Additional Burial Benefits 2 .. 10.1 Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in the case of a Policyholder in Good Standing: 2.10.2 " upon the death of an Assured Life, BLIL undertakes to pay a Burial Benefit to a Policyholder or i3eneficiary; and €> upon the death of a Committee Member i3LIL undertakes to pay an Additional Burial Benefit to the Beneficiary; Any Du rial 13enefit payable in accordance with paragraph 2.10.1 shall be pc1id on the date a Claim is admitted or approved by 13UL 2.11 Limitation of Liability: Burial Benefits a nd Additional Burial Benefits 2.11.1. No person shall have a Claim for a Burial Benefit (or Additional Burial Benefit where appllcable), except for - 2.11.2 2.11.3 " a Beneficiary on the death of a Policyholder in Good Standing; " a Policyholder in Good Standing on the death of a Dependant who pre-deceases such Policyholder; o a Policyholder in Good Standing in respect of a Stillbirth of such Policyholder; and .. a Beneficiary on th e death of a Paid-up Dependant as determined in paragraph 2.17. In terms of this paragraph 2.11, the liability of BLIL shall be limited to the payment of Burial Benefits and Additional Burial Benefits. BUL shall only pay a single Burial Benefit and Additional Burial Benefit (where applicable) on the death of an Assured Life regardless of the number of Claims made. 22
