2,11.4 A Burial Benefit shall not be pa\/able in 1espect of···· ''' 111iscarrf,1ges; � abortions; LJ any Clain, submitted after 12 (twelve) months from the Date of Death; and • any Claim not supported by the prescribed documents as specified in the Annexure. 2.12 Burial Benefit and Additional Bm1al Benefit Claims {where applicable) 2.12.1 A Claim fm a Burial Benefit and Additional Burial Benefit Claim (where applicable) must be made: 2.12.2 2.12.3 <) by c1 Policyholder or Beneficiary as the case may be; o within a period of 12 (twelve) Months after the Date of Death of an Assured Life; and o by submitting the documents specified in the Annexure to BLIL on the basis set out therein. No Claim shall be considered by BLIL unless and until the provisions of paragraph 2.12.1 have been fulfilled.
