J .1.2G "insured Life } / means: '" a Policyholder in C,ood Standing; or ,, a Dependant of a Policyholder; 1.1.27 "Kganya Botswana" means l(gany<.1 Botswana (registration number 97/817), a cornpa ny lirnited bv guarantee, registered in accordance with the laws af Botsw,rna, duly appointed as an Independent Agent by l\LIL; 1.1,28 1.1.29 1.1.30 "Minimum Amount Payable" means the minimum amount payable for a Personal Accident Benefit andan Additional Personal Accident Benefit (if applicable) stipulated ln the Annexure; "Ma){irnum Amount Payable" means the maximum amount payable for a Personal Accfdent Benefit and an Additional Personal Accident Benefit (where applicable) stipulated in the Annexure; "Month" means a calendar month; 1.1.31 "PA Claim" means a claim for a Personal Accident Benefit made in accordance with paragraph 2.15; 1.1.32 "PACN Form" rneans a Personal Accident Claim Notification Form; 1.1.33 "Paid-up Dependant" means a person who satisfies the requirements of paragraph 2.17; 1.1.34 "Pay Point" means any Church to whom Receipts have been Issued by l(ganya Botswana; 1.1.35 "Permanent Disability" means a permanent disability as specified in Table A of the Annexure incurred at the time of and as a direct result of an Accident which will in all probability continue for the remainder ofthe Insured Life's life; 7
