28 9.3 Alterations ZCC Botswana and BLIL will determine the Thari ya Baruti Benefit payable from time to time. The amount of the Thari ya Baruti Benefits will be set out in a revised Annexure and distributed by Kganya Botswana to Church Branch Committee Members for onward distribution to Policyholders. 9.4 Limitation of Liability No person shall have a Claim for an additional Burial Benefit except for the Beneficiary nominated and paid the Burial Benefit. The liability of BLIL will be limited to the payment of the additional Burial Benefit. No person shall have a Claim for an additional Personal Accident Benefit except for the Policyholder paid the Personal Accident Benefit.
