30 10.3 Exclusions The following exclusions apply: • Road Side Assistance Services are only available to Policyholders within the borders of South Africa. • Policyholders may only claim for Road Side Assistance Services for the period 7 days before, during and 7 days after each conference held at Zion City Moria in South African during Easter, September and December each year only. • Motor vehicle means a motor vehicle that does not weigh more than 3 500kg. • The cost of Road Side Assistance Services are limited to the amounts set out in the Annexure under the heading ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES. • Any costs over and above the limits above relating to the provision of the Road Side Assistance Services will be for the cost of the relevant Policyholder in Good Standing. • Road Side Assistance Services are applicable to Policyholders only and not their Dependants or beneficiaries. • Road Side Assistance Services are not provided by Kganya Botswana but by Global Choices Lifestyle (Pty) Ltd in terms of an agreement with the Policyholder. 10.4 Claim s No formal claim procedures are required. The Policyholder must contact the Kganya Helpline in South Africa on 0800 000 538 where an operator will determine whether he / she qualifies for Road Side Assistance Services and assist further. The Road Side Assistance Services will only be made available to Policyholders in Good Standing in relation to a motor vehicle. ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES
