31 11. PREMIUM FORGIVENESS 11.1 Leniency If at the time the relevant event occurred giving rise to a Claim, any of the Premiums were not paid as required, a Policyholder will, in certain circumstances, be granted leniency and Good Standing will be deemed. 11.2 Basis Missed Premiums in respect of Burial and Personal Accident Benefits will be condoned depending on the Policyholder’s payment record during the relevant term of the Policy. The number of Premiums paid during completed 12-month periods retrospectively (with a maximum of six completed 12-month periods) from the month of death or accident will be considered. Good Standing will be deemed where the Policyholder paid 11, 22, 33, 44, 55 or 66 Premiums in the prior 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 or 72 months, respectively. PREMIUM FORGIVENESS
