33 Kganya Botswana will confirm that the Policy has been cancelled, the amount of refund payable and that such amount has been credited to the nominated bank account. Kganya Botswana will comply with the request for cancellation received from a Policyholder no later than 31 days after it receives the Pukwana ya Kganya Cancellation Form. 13. DELEGATION AND CESSION The Policyholder or Beneficiary may not cede any rights or delegate any obligations set out in this Policy. 14. GENERAL A Person shall not have a claim or right of action arising from any undertaking, representation or warranty not included in this Policy. The failure to enforce any provision of the Policy will not constitute a waiver of such provision or affect in any way the right to require performance of any such provision at any time in the future. The structure and level of the Benefits are subject to the provisions of the Insurance Industry Act in Botswana, as amended. Either Kganya Botswana or BLIL may terminate the Master Policy by giving the other Party at least three Months written notice in advance of the next Termination Date. In the event of termination, BLIL must discharge all liabilities in respect of Claims arising on or before the Termination Date of the Master Policy even where the Claim is only advised to BLIL after the Termination Date provided such Claim is advised to BLIL within ninety days of the Termination Date. BLIL must meet all liabilities arising under Paid-up Benefits regardless of the termination of this Master Policy. All Premiums and Contributions made by Policyholders under this Policy will be made in Pula.
