3 A Stillbirth is the death of a foetus 28 (twenty-eight) weeks or longer after conception or immediately prior to or during delivery. Proof of parenthood will be required as well as confirmation of a gestation period of 28 weeks or longer. Burial Benefits are payable in respect of a Stillbirth.
