THARI YA BARUTI BENEFITS The amount of the Thari ya Baruti Benefit, as amended by ZCC Botswana and BLIL from time to time, will equal 50% of the Burial Benefit or Personal Accident Benefit paid where the date of death or date of disability occurs on or after 1 April 2026 , respectively.
