5 ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES To assist Policyholders, Road Side Assistance Services have been arranged with Global Choices Lifestyle (Pty) Ltd where such Services are required on or after 1 April 2026 . Roadside emergency services are limited to: R2 000 (incl. VAT) per incident Tow-in services are limited to: R3 000 (incl. VAT) per incident BURIAL BENEFIT CLAIMS REQUIREMENTS The Policyholder or Beneficiary: • must submit the required documentation: • Personally, at any Service Centre of Kganya Botswana. In this instance it is understood that Kganya Botswana will handle such Claims purely in an administrative capacity; or • At any branch of Botswana Life Insurance Limited; or • By post to any one of the above Service Centres or branches. • must supply his/her postal address and contact telephone number of the Policyholder or Beneficiary as the case may be with all postal Claims. • must submit the following documents in respect of each Claim: • A Burial Benefit Claim Notification Form signed by the Church Branch Committee Members of the Policyholder’s Church; • The original Omang of the Policyholder; • The Payment Book; • The original death certificate of the Assured Life. • must submit the following documentation in respect of each Claim in the circumstances indicated: • Where the Assured Life is a Dependant or a Paid-up Dependant, the original Omang or the original birth certificate of such Dependant or Paid-up Dependant;
