Kganya Botswana Ltd (KB) is an authorised financial services provider in terms of the NBFIRA and Insurance Industry Act, 2015. KB is committed to treating all its customers fairly. The Directors and Senior Management of KB are dedicated to ensuring that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are applied in all areas of our day-to-day business activities. By adhering to the principle of TCF, the aim is to constantly add value to the services rendered to Botswana ZCC members. TCF values, which are set and communicated by Senior Management, are supported, and adhered to by all employees.
