Each company within the Kganya Group was established by His Grace the Right Reverend Bishop Dr B E Lekganyane. In achieving their objectives, each company will, where applicable:

  • ensure that its customers are always treated fairly;
  • adopt a culture that is risk aware;
  • comply with applicable legislation;
  • operate in a professional manner with integrity; and
  • provide committed employees with a stable work environment as well as equal opportunity for learning and personal growth.

KGANYA INVESTMENT HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD (KIH)

As an investment holding company, KIH was established to perpetuate an appropriate and relevant group of companies that will:

  • develop tailor-made, affordable financial products, and ancillary services for the benefit of members of the Zion Christian Church, as directed by the Kganya Benefits Fund Trust;
  • implement and maintain:
    • efficient processes for the provision and servicing of its products and services; 
    • various community-based projects, as directed by the ZCC & Kganya Botswana; and 
    • protect and promote the Kganya brand. 

KGANYA INSURANCE ADMINISTRATORS (PTY) LTD (RF)

KIA was established to:

  • develop tailor-made, affordable financial products, and ancillary services for the benefit of members of the Zion Christian Church, Botswana;
  • implement and maintain efficient processes for the provision and servicing of the above products and services; and
  • protect and promote the Kganya brand.

KGANYA BOTSWANA LTD

Kganya Botswana Ltd (KB) is an authorised financial services provider in terms of the NBFIRA and Insurance Industry Act, 2015. KB is committed to treating all its customers fairly. The Directors and Senior Management of KB are dedicated to ensuring that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are applied in all areas of our day-to-day business activities. By adhering to the principle of TCF, the aim is to constantly add value to the services rendered to Botswana ZCC members. TCF values, which are set and communicated by Senior Management, are supported, and adhered to by all employees.

Kganya Botswana has adopted a Conflicts of Interest Management Policy and Related Party Transactions Policy, both of which are accessible from the Kganya website. KGANYA INTERNATIONAL

The Kganya Benefits Fund Trust has facilitated the provision of insurance-related benefits to ZCC congregations within various African countries such as Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Malawi, Mozambique and Zambia.

KGANYA STATEGIC ALLIANCES (PTY) LTD (KSA)

KSA was established to enter into strategic alliances with institutions to facilitate financial inclusion for members of ZCC with the objective of attaining synergy whereby the benefits to members from such alliances will exceed those from individual efforts.

KGANYA BRANDS (PTY) LTD

The company was established to own the Kganya brand and trademarks.
